Framed Estates was commissioned to convert a disused commercial building into 12 self-supporting student bedsits with communal kitchens and lounges. The communal areas were located at ground floor for easy access, with a central stairwell that led to private rooms. The clients brief stated the importance of all rooms having their own ensuite and each bedsit to allow for ample room for studies. Framed Estates prides itself in working with clients who desire a better quality of life for all end users.
