Building Warrants

Most building works require some form of government approval. Our vast experience with consultations and applications, as well as our complete service means we take care of all the correspondence and paperwork required by Local Authorities.

Design Service

We carry out feasibilities and early stage designs schematics for clients who want to know their options before committing to build. This can be anything form extending premises, fit-outs or vacant plots of land.
